We want you to love your HoodedHearth Blanket Hoodie. If you're not completely happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.
How to start a return
Email us at HoodedHearth@protonmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging where possible.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can make it right. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to process it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different color is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
Cancellations
